The Digital Deer is a collection of electronic tools to assist farmers, nutritionists and veterinarians plan feeding programs for farmed deer. It is the result of international collaboration towards developing feeding standards. When completed, it will consist of several electronic products; namely, a comprehensive compilation of nutritional information and computer simulation models of energy and nutrient metabolism.
